We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. RETURNS OF A PURCHASED ITEM
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping (if applicable), handling costs, or other charges.
Please follow the following instruction when you return an item:
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
Include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

2. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We will offer a refund or exchange to guarantee your full satisfaction. The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the client will then be required to pay the balance due.
The following procedure to be followed
All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order.
The item must be returned, unused, or used partially. The client should return the unused portion of the product for a refund in good condition (in original boxes if possible).
After the return period has expired, all sales are final. Profinity International Inc will not issue refunds.
If the item is purchased by credit card: Credits will be issued to the original charge account when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid sales receipt.
If the item is purchased by cheque with a valid receipt, Profinity International Inc will offer a refund within ten business days.
3. LOST, DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service at 1-844-422-1948 within 30 days of delivery. Please provide us with your order number from your original confirmation by e-mail. Profinity International Inc. will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
4. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
